what will you do to increase your computer speed?

i will clean my temporary internet folders,cookies, .do disk clean up ,do disk defragmentation, make some changes in registry..that is setting value 0 to some options...my pc will run superfast..what will you do for your pc?

I erased my cookies one time, and it erased some passwords and other stuff I had, and I've never been able to get them back!
