My Kind of Routine

It's been a year that I indulge myself working out in gym. For me it's a big relief away from office work-distorting my brain and affects the whole physical and emotional aspect. It is really a good help, maintaining your appetite, the body figure, and most of all the alertness of your mind. Thus it helps your whole system functions well. So is this your hobby too?

Yup! coz an inactive lifestyle is one of the top risk factor of heart deseases. Its a risk factor that you can do something about it. Regular exercise or going to gym has many benefits, like increase your endurance, lowering your blood preasure, improve muscle tone and strength, boost sel-image and self-esteem and makes you more relaxed and rested. Been in the gym for 5 months already and I saw great changed after 4 weeks.
