hello mylot friends, though i don't know much about photography,i am very much interested in this field.but i have never had a chance to examine my qualities as a photographer.when i see a beautiful photograph i usually get attracted to it and get lost in the photo.does it happen to you also?then my question is when you see a beautifully composed photograph,do you give more credit to the photographer for capturing the beauty or the subject itself for its amazing qualities? i would say it would be definitely the photographer as composing and seeking out the beauty in a subject is truely a gift. what would you say on this?whom would you give the credit?

Hi Exclusively_rinku, and I agree that the photographer is bringing it to the people so he/she should get the credit, otherwise the beauty of any subject will be not accessible to many :) TheFortunes

I'd have to say that I think both really deserves credit but if only one gets credit it's most definitely the photographer. A person can be beautiful on their own, sure. But a photographer sets the scene and sets the pose and sets the mood and etc. So I think the person who took the photograph is definitely the one who deserves it most.

well i would have to say the photographer. the photographer catches ordinary every day events and makes magic out of them. i caught this guy playing soccer, muscles ready to kick the ball, it was a great picture, but an ordinary event...

I believe both, because even the best photographer can not take a good picture of me - I am so photogenic.

Any monkey can bush a button, but it takes someone with real skill and an eye for detail. There are some people who just get it and then there are others who don't. What ever category you fall into photography is a lot fun and should be enjoyed by all. Not everyone can be a Steve Parish!

The photographer would get the credit. But it's always a compliment to the photographer when you get lost in the photo, or even want to give credit to the photo. :)
