Ubuntu feisty

Ubuntu - It is said that Ubuntu will compete Windows in desktop market. Ubuntu which is Linux-based is intended as open source-- as it proclaims "linux for humanity".

You can also try Mint Linux ..It is based on Ubuntu .... but it includes all video and audio codecs and it can be install inside windows

hey, did u try the new gutsy gibbon version? its much more stable than fiesty. and yes Ubuntu is such a nice OS and I have been using it for a year already, i say bye bye to windows already :).

ubuntu is a nice os to use, i say this cuz my new desktop had vista and i just couldn't install drivers for my old stuff, so i swtiched to xp and ubuntu (dual boot) and everythng works rly nicely

Never used the Ubuntu. I use linux kurumin, I think he one of the best. You should test the kurumin.

Love it! I have to have MS Windows for work, so all of my machines are set up to dual boot Windows and either Ubuntu or FreeBSD.
