ardalt hand painted 3D vase

i have been given a vase with 2 handles at the top, the top of the vase is flared, the opening at the top is only a little hole. it has 3D flowers and leaves over it. underneath it has ardalt nove italy 4369 in red. it belonged to my friends great grandmother. can anyone tell me anything about it?
