Anybody member of 365jobs4u?

I joined this company on 31st July and has completed about 800 assignments till 29th. Suddenly my access was cut off and there is no response. earlier also they never answered any of the queries. It points to a scam only. I intend to bring them to book. I request all of the similar victims to come forward and join in this fight. The co ahs a bank account and so it must be easy to trace them. I await response from all others.

I am member of 365jobs4u since 27/02/2008 as contant writer.I think it was my fault to joing them.As its a complete fraudlent site who makes people fool to earn money.They never pays a single penny.I have lost Rs.4000/- for registration.I have never been paid from them.Can anybody tell me how can I legally proceed against them.

It is really funny how GIS, which is the parent company, is able to continue with its operations considering so many people have already cried they were fraudulent. The thing is you go to their online support and they will keep assuring you they will check out your concerns but nothing. I just don't get where they get the names of the people they list on the site as having received their payment. And if you actually check out their site now, it's been revised and upgraded! But really, they have done a good job at conning people into thinking they really will pay for the work you do. Just keep away from them

I were the member of this site and I registered with Online Data Entry in Aug'06, and submitted files as their rules and regulation. But not get any money for my work. This is all scam don't trust this type of sites. Don't waste your time and money as I wasted.

Hi, yes i have also seen their site earlier and thought and nearly went ahead registering with them and have even spoken to them on the phone as they are in Ahmedabad, but somehow something stopped me , maybe the fact as i still was waiting for someone who was also a member and was strongly paid by them. They do claim to have a lot of things and say that they realy do pay and they are in business for over 10 years too and thier talks are also very convincing but somehow, i was never able to go ahead and infact still want to join them but am waiting for someone to dos o first and let me know too if they really do pay. Their head office is not here in India, but the fact that some part of them is in India is a solace too, but still something has always stopped me and of course we keep reading about so many such sites just making moeny , and thne i also did think that if they do have a correct phone number, their addres would be coorect and we could always go and talk to them there too, but somehow never done that. Incase you find some solution to this problem, would love to share the same with you.

I joined this company to give it a serious try. I slogged dayand night and finished filling 417 forms against th mandatory 300 ina month. I regularly kept updatign the details on my Freewebsaccount as instructed byteh company and sending them the URL links. They acted smart and suddenly one day asked me to send but ID an dpassword urgently. I innocently sent ti to them and they cooly deleted some of tehrecords of my work and told me that I had filled only 240 forms so iwas unqualified for payment!! Imagine the cheek! I knew theywoudlcheat soikept a duplicate record andwillbe producingthat in court.I am also filing a complaint with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a thorough investigation.

i am glad i have checked out mylot first. did you see their website? how come they are still operating if they are scammers and all. they even have several mode of payments? can they be reported to paypal so paypal can hold off their account?

My Friends www.365jobs4u.com is a biggest scam on internet now, dont join. They are looking only for registration fees. Once they get this they dont respond dont pay they are cheaters. There are 100's of people who has written about how they got scammed. Even i am victim of it.

Some of my friends have said to me about this site 365jobs4u that it is a scam. So I have not joined it. But still I am interested in it and just waiting to come to know about it perfectly. I joined this company www.365jobs4u.com to honestly try it out for a month. I slogged day and night and worked really hard. I filled 417 forms against the min 300 required. I kept the company posted regularly about my progress. Ffearing that they woudlhave to pay me, they asked me to send the user ID and password of the website where I was uploading all the details of the work done by me. I sent it to them innocently. They cheated and deleted a portion of the records and said that I had only filled 240 forms. When I visitied the site I realised how they had duped me. They are cheats. I am taking the matter to courts and am reporting the matter to the Central Bureau of Investigation for a thorough probe.

hi, am also an esrtwhile member of this site. My name was included as one of the people for whom the cheque was to be sent , but I never received it . One of the people who had responded had written that if the mails are not being replied to , why is anybody not calling on the numbers that have been given . Let me tell everyone, that I had tried calling on all the numbers that were given under the "technical assistance " and "service ". WHen they were not responded to , I called on the number that was given for New subscription , their sales numbers , and that was the only line that was picked. I then demanded why the other lines were not picked, and why my payment was not sent to me , even though my name was included in the Cheque sent list. Afetr a while , I got a cheque for a measly Rs.150 , with a covering letter which clearly threatened that if I call again in the office , my membership would be terminated. !!!!!! . What a reason for termination of membership . All posts made by me were apparently dupklicates(even though full care was taken from my end ). The next month ,they increased the minimum posts to be done without letting us know . I would never have joined if the minimum posts were this high , since I cannot devote so much time to it . I want my subscription back,since they have changed the conditions of work. I have been trying to get in touch with them to get some clarificatiosn but the company seems to have vanished , Any ideas anyone.

I joined 365jobs4u by paying Rs.3500 for an Online data entry job on July. They were very prompt in sending text files to be typed. Then after a month when I submitted 1500 files for the professional typist I received a mail stating that my account got terminated. The reason sent to me by gmail was I have submitted correct files of 641 instead of 750 files. I asked them to mail me the incorrect files still I have not received any email. This is the status I have wasted my regn fees and the cost of internet was huge

Dear friends I unknowingly came across the site 365jobs4u.com and was very much interested and before writing this I had come to register for job in that site.But these responses from u guys changed my mind.I contacted them many times and they responded through telephone but none of my email was responded. I was thinking about joining this site. At the last moment I had to read a post in a discussion that they are scam. Thank god I skipped them. I have a question for all the members. They are telling that they give you a list of free classifieds, Do anybody have it? I need the list to promote my another product. Can anybody help me?
