Are you a scrapbooking addict?

A woman after my own heart! I love to scrap book. I have one of those totes overflowing with paper and tools and my dining room table has started to collect the overflow. I have a camera with me everywhere I go just in case my daughter does something that I just have to have a picture of. I think when you find your self at the local craft store looking at the newest designs in paper and other nicknacks every week that you are an addict. I can't help it. I go to pay my electric and the scrap book store is right next door. I have all sorts of magazines with ideas, etc. I don't have the time I used to because my daughter is at the age that she wants to be in the middle of everything I am doing, but I have started to groom her in my scrapping habits. LOL

At one time I was a scrapbook addict but I got over it after I found myself in such a mess with all of the templates, pictures, glue and the whole thing. Everything ended up all over the place and even though I'm usually a neat person it got overwhelming for me. I finally just gave it up.

wow. i've never heard of a crop party. i've never heard about people getting together because of scrapbooking. that's just wonderful! i'm not a scrapbooking addict but it would be fun to meet people with the same interest. ^__^ i'm not an addict per se, but I love scrapbooking. whenever I read newspapers and magazines, I wil always be on the look out for some nice pictures and letters that I can cut and paste on my scrapbook later on. I read newspapers everyday and magazines every week so I have tons of pictures and other stuffs for my scrapbook. I have pasted a lot of 'em but there's still plenty remaining waiting to be pasted. ^__^;; I also cut nice papers with nice colors that I cut into shapes like hearts, flowers, stars, and everything that I put into my scrapbook and to my photo albums. ^__^

while i dont scrap book per se i do love all the stuff that is available out there for scrapbooking such as stickers etc because i make all my own cards and gift tags. it is really almost the next step after scrapbooking and isnt all that hard to do!!

Oh well sweety I am afraid that you have met someone who is not into scrapbooking! I have heard a lot about it but have never really done it - I guess I am just too lazy! lol Do you scrapbook sweety? My other problem is that I have absolutely NO room to store the bits and bobs needed for this type of hobby! xxx

scrapbooking has become a craze in my country too! there are not many amongst my immediate friends who are into scrapbooking though. so what I've done is to make friends with scrapbookers whom I've met at classes! I have participated in 2 crops so far and have thoroughly enjoyed each one! I would definitely say I'm an addict. I've already graduated in membership at my local scrapbooking store from to a "scrapaholic anonymous". haha. I only have a section in my room to store supplies, not an entire room (yet), and I do not stay up late to scrap (i love my sleep) but I must say that I really love shopping for scrapping supplies!

everychance i get i am searching for new scrapbooking items and ideas. i will work on one page layout for hours on end and still come back to it the next day to make sure that it is perfect... i fnd myself taking pictures just to scrap book them.. i turned my 6 year old daughter into a fanatic as well everychance she gets its "momma! i wanna scrapbook!" i cant even count the number of gluesticks and markers we have gone throug h this month alone! we go to the store and she is constanly wanting to spend her allowance on new stickers! i have a huge tub and a few boxes in my living room full of my scrapbooking stuff, i keep telling my self its cluttering the room but i cant bring myself to move it because i go into it so much! my daugter recety started first grade and i cant scrapbook alone anymore, iused to go to mysisters and wed scrapbook all day together.. we live to far apart and the kids school schedules conflict so i wait now until my daughter gets home and we will scrapbook, but i have to wait until after dinner or else we owuld both sit there all day and night until bed time and starve!! LOL

Oh gosh, my niece and her mother are scrapbook addicts. They love it. I had to put one together for my parents 50th wedding anniversary part and I thought I'd go bonkers! LOL I had all the party planning to do and the food to care for and this and that and trying to do the scrapbook too. I ended up sending it all to them to do and they did a wonderful job.

I am now planning to do some scrapbooks for my pictures...and no intentions of being an addict to it at all. lol I just taught of doing it since i am also ofnd of collecting small decorative things which perhaps I could paste on my scrapbook.
