I prefer to use cellphone as a mode of communication to other people. It's because I don't have a landline. I always bring my cellphone with me. people can easily reach me through this. I also prefer communication through chat/yahoo messenger only if it the person is outside the country. It was so fun especially if you both have webcameras.you can see him even if he's far from you.and so cheap to use and aside calling them through landline or cellphone. how about you?which do you prefer?telephone?cellphone?IM?or is there any other modes of communication do you use?

acctualy I prefer a face to face communication. But if it is not possible I use more my home phone and the MSN messenger and Orkut (here in brazil almost everybody use MSN, and orkut.com). I dont use my cellphone that much because in brazil is too expenseive.

I like to use mobile phone to communicate with friends and other people. Though I have a landline I still prefer to use my cell phone as a mode of communication as I find that it is convenient for me to contact my loved ones and friends at anywhere and at anytime. I like to chat with my son who stays in another state by using skype chat daily. We can chat face to face by using a webcam and a headphone with speaker.

It was so easy to communicated with them. especially if you are using webcams and voice chat. feels like you are also with them. -thanks for responding!

Hi, My communication preference changes according to the message I sent. Mostly I use emials and sms to send messages like best wishes. Use mobile phones were it required most. In business matters I use written letters by post or emails.

Landline telephone and internet email are the important communications I rely. I do not wish to have cell phone because I consider it a nuisance.

The modes of communication available at present for us to keep in touch with anyone are the phones and the internet. Both landlines and mobiles are so far the fastest, most convenient and cheapest way to get access with our friends and families. I have still the landline installed at home to receive calls from anyone whether the calls are local or foreign. Frequently, I just send sms or text messages to friends, family or business contacts because I find it cheaper. I only use my cellphone for emergency calls. In addition, we avail the services of the internet for chatting like the yahoo messenger and web conferencing for our loved ones in the U.S.A. As you cited, using webcams is fun since both parties can be viewed both ways. Emailing is also helpful in sending documents, photos and greeting cards to our loved ones.

Well i alwayd prefer cellular phone/internet because it is easier, cheaper and convenient.I also use YM a lot since it is a good way of keeping in touch with people through IM of Instant Messaging.Being in the mobile industry...........i know how much the cellphone has helped and it will continue to evolve...........espeically sicne now phones have internet and Yahoo Messenger for access.............which for me is good but somehow expensive since internet in mobile phones aint an easy technology But anyway, do u have a YM Charly...........we can talk sometimes. Here's mine btw: jamesmangun@yahoo.com

I prefer internet.I think it is the best option right now for me, since I am far away from my friends and it is so easy to write them email or talk to them on the skype and the best thing is it doesn't cost me a dime.I just love it.i used to have cellphone but after short time I just started to feel like I was addicted and now when I don't have one I just feel like I am free and not so nervous.

I prefer to use chat or messenger because I can do some other things while I'm chatting, it enables me to multitask and it saves a lot of money especially when communicating with someone abroad. I can check my mail, surf the net, visit mylot and even play games while chatting so it is really convenient and enjoyable. I also use my cellular phone when communicating locally and for urgent matters.

I use all the mode of communication but i mostly prefer cell phones it is so portable and we can convinently take it with us and even for emergency purpose we can use cell phones rather than searching for general pco. I chat with my friends who is far away from me by Yahoo messanger. Its cost free and we can save lot of money if we have a broad band connection in home
