how does apsense work?

anyone here who is a member of apsense? can you explain to me how exactly does apsense work, how can you earn money with the site?

I just joined yesterday. At first I'm excited about it...but I still couldn't figure out how to start business there...it seems very complicated. I guess, I'll need a lot of time to be familiar with how Apsense works.
