I need information on two different quality standards and how they contrast with each other.
How would you go about adopting either of these two standards.

I am assuming you are trying to track deviations on a single product being built in a controlled envoirment. By that I mean the methods of building are standardized. The tooling is fixed and unable to deviate from a norm. The easiest way is to use a fixture with several points to measure. This measurement can the be statistical or graphed. I hope I helped some.
