I love dried fruit and I buy a lot from time to time. Recently I came across some very lovely dried fruit, some of them are dried whole with the stone intact and some are cut into strips. The fruit is preserved in a unique way that gives it a very wonderful flavor, which I could say is sweet, sour, salty and maybe slightly bitter. The people who produce this product are truly superb.I am told that this is Chinese Fruit. I eat a lot of this fruit and it makes me feel good.

I had a fruit drying round thingy years ago that was just too bulky for my kitchen at the time...lent it to a friend never seen it again lol - but i LOVED drying fruit! i tend to buy it now -my fave is the pineapples/apples :) XX YUM! Im going to have to see whats in it thats making u feel good too other than the fact its FRUIT and not candy! LOL :) XX

I think researching it is a agood idea lol!!!I hope you will be able to,find it in a store near you soon. I know how you must feel about your fruit dryer,I have also experienced lending something to someone and never ever having it returned. It is good that you are going to buy another one.To answer your question, when I said the stone is intact,I meant that the seed had not been removed. The seeds of certain fruit such cherries, plums and dates are referred to as stones, but not with fruit like oranges, lemons, lime and apples.
