I was reading an article which says responding positively to every request and trying to please everyone is a downward spiral to anxiety, frustration and unhappiness.Learn to respect your time limits, priorities and energy level. It says just say "No" to some demands that are placed on you.How many of you can do this?I would like your views please.

NOT to mention becoming a DOORMAT for/to eveyone! :(
I have NO problems saying no -i do it a million times a day with kids lol .. so no problems saying no to anyone else.
I do however, feel bad when i HAVE to say no and wish i could help/do/work whatever! :(

You just cannot say no when so many of your kin love you and ask for something. No won't come that easily from the people who has come from a close knit family.I just cannot say no that easily. If at all I say no, that will be a honest no.But I know that people manipulate you if you readily say yes.Again habits die hard.Aren't they?
