actually yoga is different from all other excercises. it shud not be done in a hurry. it needs a calm place to work with. also it must be learnt from a proper guru. otherwise it leads to negative.

Hindus believe in the fact that no energy is ever created or destroyed it merely changes forms. Human body or for that matter of fact all living bodies are actually nothing but energies accumulated. Now most of these energies remain dormant in our body so long as we do not undergo a process by which we can channelise and utilise these energies. These energies in turn can help you perform tasks which were previously unimaginable. There are about 7 points in our bodies where these energies are concentrated. We need to stimulate these points or Kundulis to release these energies and use them to our benefits. The various process of stimulating our inner energies and making them work for us can be collectively termed as Yoga.

Yoga is a part of our present day to day life to keep our mind, body and work in proper order. I believe by regular and systematic practice of Yoga any body will be free from ailments.

Yoga complements many other exercise and sports and although yoga itself can be seen by some as a form of exercise it is essentially the science of positive mental health.
