fix heater in 2000 Dodge Stratus

I have a 2000 Dodge Stratus, 2.4L engine. No heat comes through the vents. I had the thermostat replaced and that was not the problem. I had the system flushed and that did not work. The garage said the car makes heat, but the heat does not come through the vents.
