Cant hear anything when connected with my bluetooth headset nor i can hear the ringtone. Please help

check out bluetooth settings,,,check it by transferring files to the other phone whether it is working proper ... check ur bluetooth headphone settings in phone.... may i know which phone ur using???????

What setting do you have your ringtone on? Is your bluetooth actually connecting to your phone?
