Wont matter in the long run, Chelsea is too rich and just gonna replace very soon if it wont work out. The guy was extremly arrogant too, maybe this will make him chill out.

I have to disagree. For all his arrogance and stupidity, he was a great manager for them. The little things he did, like take the brunt of blame so that his players wouldn't be in the spotlight. i didn't like him, but hey, he is one of those characters that will be missed.

i think he was a great manager for chelsea but he was arrogant sometimes which put him in a great conflict with the owner ibrahamovich that could also be ego conflict

Mourinho is definitely the most successful Chelsea manager of all time. When is the last time Chelsea won 2 EPL titles in a row? hmm.. actually they have never won 2 EPL titles in a row before. I feel that Mourinho is an intelligent and entertaining guy. His 3 years in Chelsea has brought much sparks to the football scene in england. Being an Manchester United Fan myself, i find the things he says about Man U and some other clubs amusing at times. No matter what, I feel that Chelsea will miss him badly. Avrant Grant seems unlikely to stay long. He does not have the charisma to lead a group of over paid superstars.
