To include, or not to include affiliate links? That is the question!

I've became very interested in what i've found to be a new way to make money without money. It's called "Bum Marketing", as you can see in this link: http://tinyurl.com/3d6vgp Since it's so popular, you can even Google it. However, when it comes to affiliate links and resource boxes, I found a site that contradicts adding affiliate links in something called a "Research Box": http://tinyurl.com/2vwr6s So i'm not sure if I should add affiliate links or not to my resource box. I haven't tried Bum Marketing, but it's the only way for me to make money without spending a red cent. Besides, I also read from free bum marketing ebooks that Ezinearticles.com don't allow for affiliate links or affiliate redirecting links in articles. This severely slows down any chances to make any money in bum marketing, and to add salt to the wound, Ezinearticles is the largest article directory on the Internet, and most articles show up on Google! So what should I do in starting bum marketing? If I can't affiliate links, how else can I make money from my articles?
