I am a delivery driver, and today I have to make a delivery to a professorial football player's house, because they wanted food, but he end up giving me a .50 cent tips, I was very disappointed, I was hoping at least a couple of bucks to cover the high gas price. since there is no delivery charge. also he get pays a lot, millions and millions, am I wrong that I expected more from them? would you expected more if you delivery food to them?

I do understand what you mean my son-in-law was a driver for a few years and he said the best tips came form the people who really didnt make that much, he always said the people in the rich neighborhoods never gave much of a tip. strange isnt it seems like it would be the other way around.

i think most people that dont make much understand how hard to earn a few extar bucks and try very hard to earn more, and the people who is rich, most of them got hand down so they get them alot easy than we do. but there is a few out there that do understand our lower class people

No, Adidas, I think rich people think in other way about these things. They can afford to do that they like to do. Those who make less feel awaited to give the bigger tip. RIch people do not let others to await anything from them.

That's such total crap -_- Honestly, I wouldn't expect much better. Football players are known to act liek football players: confident, overpayed buffoons. Sorry you got sucha bad tip xP I would've said something totally rude, ROFL. *sweet voice* "Excuse me, but did you know that the minimum tip you should give someone is 15%? or is that too much for you to afford with your teeny-tiny million dollar contract?" xDD LOL. I would LIKE to say something like that, but you'd probably get fired. but, admittedly, it would be pretty funny. Anyways, hopefully the next place you deliver to gives you TWICE the tips :)

I am not surprised on it at all. I regularly order the pizza from a local (small)restaurant. Once the owner brought my pizza, because they had too many orders, and he had to help in it. SO I talked to him, about the business. He said that they always receive more tips, from those who order from the poorer part of the city, in which the restaurant is, than the "new" more expensive part of the city in which people have big houses, this part of the city is far from the restaurant. So it was his experience.
