bank mistake

I need to write a business solution of at least 350 words to my bank where they made a mistake on my printed checks. Additionally, the bank charged me for the checks, even though it was suppose to have been complimentary for customers opening a new account.

I had the same deal........was told that i would get the first set of checks for free, and they went and charged me, upon my complaint i was told that i had to go back to the opening branch and speak to the advisor that opened the account, well that branch closed so what were my chances of ever finding her ..hmmmm slim 2 none.... So i just swallowed the charge n that was that .... I advise you to go in2 the branch and tell them that you have no time to compose a letter, it was there mistake and they should honor you new checks @ no charge.
