Should I wait for the Right Company?

I've been applying for almost 2 months now and it is only recently that the interviews are coming in. So far, I've had 2 confirmed "yes"es from companies, 3 other interviews in process, and I'm waiting for 1 more company. I have a problem because of the 2 companies that said "yes", 1 is an apparel company and the role is very involved with management. Good for career progress but it is sure to take time away from the family. The 2nd company is a janitorial services company, less glamorous and less pay but family-oriented. Should I limit myself to choosing between these two companies or not? I'm just afraid that if I wait, there might not be any better offers that come and I lose these opportunities. But if I accept one of them, I'm also afraid that I'll be committing myself to work that I'm not 100% into. Any advice?

You have to find the best job that fits your needs. What do you need most? Time with your family or career progress? Is the money you will get paid for the more time consuming job worth the time away from your family? Is there someone else who can help with family obligations? Or who can supply more money to the family? Very hard choices, and I wish you luck in making your decision.

At this moment, we really need to work... For me it's nice to be in a company which pays you well and have a good opportunity depending on the responsibilities they have given you... Work well and have in mind that if you're no long happy with the management then better look for another one...It's nice to have different experiences it will really help.
