Exercising regularly ?

Hi, Do you exercise regularly ? Do you exercise daily or once in 2/3 or more days? Also,what kind of exercises do you do ? Aerobics / Walking / Jogging / Swimming / Cycling ?

i like exercise! i do cycling every sunday at 5 pm going to Baguio! and come back at noon its a 3 hours right from home to Baguio. but i stop when i read some bad news about riding to long, skin cancer, heart getting bigger coz of pushing to hard to right so far away. so i stick to home exercise like calistenic. bending.breeze walking. i only do this on saturday and sunday.

Calistenic ! What kind of an exercise is that ? Never heard of that before.

it is consist of leg lift or leg raise, push up, chins, dips, crunches, incline push up, lateral raise, sissy squats. do it 1 minutes for each kinds of exercise. the calistenic is an excercise which do not have weight, barbell or dumbbell.

hello icon_001, i don't excercise daily as i don't find much time for it.usually i do it in the weekends.but if i find time for it then i do it on other working days also.my main problem is time constaint.i always see to it that i am fit.so i excercise as well as i am on a diet. initially i was into walking and cycling.but now i have got a treadmill and i am walking on it and i am also doing aerobics.and i must say i am enjoying aerobics a lot.i don't know swimming but i would love to learn it as i am very much interested for it.and i am trying to practice yoga also.

I exercise max 3 days a week. I like to walk, and I have a dvd which is combination of Salsa, African and Caribbean. I am planning to start water aerobics in the not too distant future.

Well I don't regularly exercise, but my type of work requires me to walk up the 30 steps stairs everyday. For about four to five times. Oh well imagine that, and i wouldn't wonder if one day i have big calf muscles on my legs.

Yes I do exercise regularly at least once a two days.it is not easy to just not be lazy and exercise every time, but it wants just discipline.I love to do aerobick, tae boo, kick box, or just a dance.That feeling you just cannot change with anything else after you are done and you feel you did something for your body.I just love it.

I do home health care 4 days a week, 12 hours a day. Which means I do alot of lifting, bending, walking on those days. The days I have off I seem to be so busy with errands, visiting with my daughters and grandchildren, parents etc. that I don't find the time to exercise. I should. I have an exercise bike at home I could ride, if I put some time aside for it. I need to try to do that.

i do a combination. i do aerobics and cycling. i work out 3 to 5 days a week

I dont know how to answer your question. I ride a bike everyday. Because my campus is so large that classroom buildings is far away from my dormitory. I always tell myself that I must exercise regularly,because some of my friends always persuade me to lose weight.Though I don't think so.Thus,when I have nothing to do,I will jog for around 1 hour.However it doesn't work.Haha~~~~~
