"When it rain, it pours" I think the above saying is true. I hate it when I encounter problem with my job especially if the customer will be affected. Just this week, I receive a complaint and one advice that there's something wrong with my 2 shipments. what was loaded in the container was not the exact requirement of customer... And then just this morning one puchase order was lost in our e-mail system and the requirement must be serve in two weeks time! How are we going to do that, that's still need to be produced! Share your thoughts... I need to be comforted...
