I wanna promote my ptc and ptr's in a vigourous way... Any clues ?

At present i have joined some autosurf, freevirals, link generators and blogs but these dont bring traffic as expected. 1) Also i use some free classfieds. But the problem is our free ads are not distinctively visible, and more over our ads are time and again deleted, by the admin's, for various reasons. Also pls give some free ad posting links thats open to interntional ads.. 2) Any other forum or forums that magnimoniously allow to post links of our ptc and ptrs.. pls name the forum/forums. 3) Any idea of safelist? 4) But all these i wanna to do without spending a dime... lolz. How to make serious promotion of our ptc and ptr.s ? Guide me as usual my friends of mylot.. Thanks a lot for your overwhelming responses.
