After a 2-hr brownout, our HP officejet all-in-one (scanner/fax/printer/copier) is not functioning anymore. When the electricity was back, what was displayed in the small monitor is only the word "Error:0xf0af8004". I suggested my husband to re-install the software which he did but still to no avail. I am not sure but I guess it's not already under the warranty. I know we need to seek a professional help for this but I want to try here first if there is someone who can give us an idea as to what could be possibly wrong with it and what we should do to fix it on our own, if there's any chance. I am also wondering if there is anyone here in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas who can recommend someone who can check it. Hope to hear some insights.....I just need this badly to work.
