how important to you is your cellphone calendar?

i was just saving reminders to my cellphone calendar this morning when i realized how much i rely on it about important things.
i use my cellphone calendar to remind me of my friends' birthdays. almost all of my friends' birthdays are there because im not good at memorizing all their birthdays and i want to greet them on their special day.
also, i use my cellphone calendar to remind me of my schedules or my things-to-do. i even save there the things i have to buy in the grocery store. ^__^;; i even use my cellphone calendar to track my menstrual period. LOL and then i put reminders there on who i have borrowed money or who owes me money. LOL so i can pay them immediately or i wont forget who are supposed to pay me. ^__^;;

I use the cell phone to do the same things like you do. I love to check the lunar calendar on my cell phone for traditional Chinese holidays as they are based on lunar calendar. I also use it to remind me of the important things that need to be reminded of.

Your cellphone calendar is a lunar calendar?? interesting. ^__^ i have been interested in the chinese way of chronology but until now, i still dont know when their lunar calendar starts. LOL

I don't ever use my cellphone calendar. My thing is that I save things on paper in front of my computer. or I just have people remind me of things. Unfortunately I'm pretty forgetful... and yet I don't write enough things down that I probably should.

I didn't realise I had this facility on my mobile phone, so thank you, I shall experiment with this now. I should think that it will be very useful since Other Half expects me to remember all his appointments, shopping requirements etc and he must have the same facility on his phone :-)

LOL you didn't know you have a calendar on your cellphone? ^__^
yeah, you should start exploring it. its very useful. when you store an appointment there you can set it off on alarm. ^__^

I use my cellphone calendar for everything. I keep all my appointments, social activities, and days to remember in it. I would be in trouble if I ever lost my phone! It's just so convenient and easy to enter everything into my phone.

i put a bunch of stuff on my cellphone calendar. i used to put my class schedule and have it go off when its like 10 or 20 min before so i can remember. i also used it to remember events and activities. but now, i find that i don't use it too much for anything, most of that stuff i stored on my comp now.

we're different on that. when I was a student I don't use my cellphone much except for text messaging and calls. now that I work, I maximize all the features of my cellphone. ^__^

my cellphone calendar is very important for me. I check it often to plan events or when checking activities that I need to do. Very important feature in a cellphone indeed :)

well !! really its such a multipherious work we do with our cell phone, without which we will almost be helpless, specially for we gals we can never think of a life without cell phone , with the start of day the alarm call of cell phone to the end of day wid a goodnight kiss from ur boy frnd on phone...its relly a great asset for all of us

It is very important. I do keep all my loved ones and friends birthday on my cellphone calendar, there it will alarm if that day is their birthday. Cellphone calendar is very useful, because it remind us and keep us updated.I want also my friends and loved ones to know that i care for them.

Honestly, I never use the calender on my cell phone. I'm a person who like to write my plan in my agenda or on my desk calender. So I never open the calender in my cell phone. Also never write things to do on my cell phone. Always use agenda book, which is more easy for me.

I don't usrally use the calendar function of mobil phone.But I think the function is very useful to our life.When we are busy and we don't have pen or paper,we could use it to help us remember things important.And our mobile phone become our lovely tools.

you're right about that. its very helpful when we want to be reminded of something and we dont have any paper and pen to write it. that's where cellphones become a handy tool. you can carry it anywhere and save reminders and notes on it without having to worry about a pen with no ink, or paper got lost. ^__^;;

I never use my cellphone calendar. I do use my cellphone calculator sometimes though when I go grocery shopping to make sure I don't overspend.

I never use my cell phone calendar as I usually have one with me that has all of my scheduled activities on it along with the kids schedules, etc.
I would rather have it in writing with me than on my phone.

my cellphone calendar is not that much use for me, im not a so busy person to put all things that i have to do on my calendar. but i put there birthday of my friends so it would alarm on their birthdate and i can great them. i guess that its importance, reminding me of the birthday of someone dear to me. :-)

that's my calendar's main purpose too! ^__^ i put all my friends' birthdays there but i dont set it on alarm. ^__^;; i've been used on browsing my cellphone calendar once in a while to see if i have some reminders there and i dont feel i need the alarm. ^__^

I do not utilize my cell calendar. I never have even
browsed on it. I have been a big calendar guy for quite a while now.
This big calendar supplied to me by one of our store suppliers every year is hung on the corner wall of my store office just beside my table.I am used to this kind of calendar as all I need to do is glimpse on it and I can immediately see my sched for the day, people to call, people to greet on their birthdays and some other miscellaneous items I have to do for the day. Mostly, I use my cellphone for texting purposes to save on voice calls.

oh i see. when i was a student i was also dependent on my calendar hanging on my cabinet. now im working, im always out of the house so i need a calendar which i can bring with me anywhere i go. ^__^

Hi,
I use my cellphone calender only for reminder birthday friends and family + schedule (to go to doctor or check up, when i must return books from library)
If i need grocery, i write down on paper :) LOL

when i write my grocery list on a paper i often misplace it or forget to bring it. LOL so i'd rather write them on my cellphone calendar since i never forget to bring my cellphone whenever i go. ^__^

I use it as a reminder when I have to buy something I use every day like pre-paid cellphone card or monthly bus ticket. I try not to overnote it and I note other things in my normal organizer with a pen. But you make a real good use of your calendar I see. I find it easier to write all the things on a papere rather than in a cell:P
