Question about dollarpays website.

I really like the website dollarpays.com and I actually got paid a few dollars and I took a survey that they just started as a new addition but something happened at the end and I was not credited. I haven't been able to take any surveys now and when I sent an email to the customer support center I never get a message back from them. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if you had to send an email to the dollarpays support center and actually received a message back. Because I really don't want to quit them because they pay daily and I would like to hear something positive about them, because they are fairly new and they are not fraudulent websites like cash4offers and wowearnings. So, if you know about dollarpays.com and that they're a good website, could you let me know? Thanks so much.
