being young and aloof
fills my time and my youth
teachers scream and bawl
as we run along the hall
we sit in classes counting time
waiting for the bell to chime
better things for us in sight!
pete's having a party tonight!
better dress all cool and trendy
got my sights on pulling wendy!
Do not drink, it ruined my night
Wendy said i talked a pile of shite
the moral is don't try impress
be yourself and no one less!

Oh boy you make me want to laugh and cry at the same time! I went through all your posts on your mom, being barred from mylot, how your gin-soaked mom’s waking up, how the teachers scream and you wait for the sweet chimes to freedom…all of them. Laugh coz it brought back memories of my own youth. A time when everything outside was golden and tempting and everything inside the house was boring, oppressive, medieval, insular, silly and so on. And you know why I am scared??? Coz pretty soon my own son would be almost your age and the tables will turn on me! But enjoy the good times while it lasts and yes, at the risk of being barred from your friends’ list, I would still say that even I would see red if I ever catch my boy mylotting at 3am. If the next day’s a holiday, then it might be OK otherwise no. even then, as parents we do like to keep a tab on the net and as teens, you do feel that you have a right to your privacy. So the eternal battle goes on!

that's great, i liked it, especially i can easily imagine young youths waiting for the bell to ring, when they are in the class, not always really interested in studying, quite right and teacher yelling at the students. well the moral is definitely good , being oneself is important.
