Dogs walking their Master/Mommy Down the Aisle

I'm just watching a show on television right now called "Rich Bride Poor Bride". Anyways, this bride is out buying outfits (really fancy and rather cute looking bling outfits for her dogs). Her fiance thinks she is nuts and doesn't even want the dogs at the wedding. What do you think of her idea? Is having the dogs dressed up in bling at the wedding a little too much? What about having the dogs help walk the bride down the aisle? Would you do it? Is it silly?
