We may be smart enough to handle our new job offered to us .But we must not mingle with other staff for sometime. It is better that we approach our immediate boss in case we face any problem regarding our job.I think he is the best source to help us.
When we appraoch our fellow staff he/she will misguide us wantedly ...is what i have learned from my first job and not all the collegues behave like this as only some expectional cases are there .It happens in many offices .
Gradually we must show our ability and capacity in our job. This will attract our boss and other higher officials.Improvement step by step in business or work willhelp us to shine. This is my experiance .
please share about how you managed or managing with your first job?

Hi, U are right in some sense as all people are not equal and Old employee always resist to change and dont take newcomers as welcome note. May be think they are threat to their position.
But its only behaviour of those who know they are not doing their jobs properly and lacking some where. The person who are pure professional, they take it as routine and help u out to do ur first job
its my first job since 10 yrs and fortunately the compamy and employee had, professional attiturde and they dont creat much hurdles but were supporting. other good thing was one month rotation in all depts and it help me to know every one of the factory before starting my job on seat
take care and wish all of new jobers best of luck.

i didnt get my first job yet,but only part-time job.i consider it my first job.i am a private teacher of a 10 year-old girl,i teach her math and english, the only thing i need to do is to improve her study.i searched online how to teach a kid and how to let them interested in their subjects.
i think no matter what kind of job it is,we need to contribute ourselves to it,make some progress, and do our best,if we still cant manage it,i have to say, that job doesnt suit me,so maybe i will change my job.i am not quite clear about a full time job,no experience at all.and i am looking forward to my first job, although i still have no idea what kind of job it will be.

How to manage my first job?? I think i will do whatever my senior ask me to do, unless there is necessary to do so then i suggest to him and let him decide. If he still feel need to do so, i will follow his intructions too.
I will seek the opnion from the senior when i face the problems or diffculties. I will not directly go to ask boss because he will seem want to scold me, why can't handle that easy things. Henca, i more prefer look got my senior which she also is my friend.
Beside that, try do not gossip the office matter in the office. If want to make so, do it outside the office. If that gossip listen by the boss, we will be scolded and more diffcult to promote to higher level post.
We only have to our own work and finish within the dateline and hand up to boss, am i right?
