How do I change this Photo

Nerja Beach - This was taken this year in Nerja in Southern Spain. Its a fab beach and lovely area to visit.

Can anyone tell me how to change my profile photo. I have been into my profile but cant see anywhere to change my picture. Any advice is appreciated, as even though I have been on this site for months its the first time i have wanted to change my photo.
