Copy and Pasting, someone show me!!!

I need to learn how to copy and pastes so I can advertise for free with Bidvertiser.com I am thanking you in advance. I am not good with computers but If you make it simple I can follow directions. I am trying to get Traffic to all my websites that I joined.

ctrl c to copy and ctrl v to paste highlight what ever it is you want to copy first jsut dont do it on mylot cause its not allowed
