He pee'd on me!!

I don't have much experience with infant girls, since most of my friends either have older daughters or have boys, but I can't tell you the number of times my sons have "got me" while I was changing their diapers. No matter how fast I try to be, I'm not always fast enough. I was just curious if I'm the only other mom out there that has been "baptized" by their sons? And also curious if moms of little girls have the same problem, though with slight differences, of course, since I doubt they spray it all over the place. lol

No, your not the only mother that that has happened to lol. I don't have boys, but I have babysat for friends with boys and trust me, you can never be fast enough! My friend used to cover his front with the used diaper while putting the new diaper under him. So, this would help fend off the baptism lol. I don't know if you tried that but maybe that could work. LOL, it's not fun is it?

Haha, and no, I never had that problem with baby girls! My grandson has however, gotten my daughter several times! So far, I've been "lucky"!

I am not a mother, and I've never had to look after a child who needed changing, but I can honestly say that I have heard of other mothers who have shared this same problem with me. As for girls, I've heard they sometimes pee while being changed, but it's not a spray like it is when a boy does it. It just goes where it goes, not all over the place, since girls don't have a built in hose. LOL

Yup, my son has got me before. Though actually he doesn't pee when his diaper is off anymore, because one time he sprayed it all the way up himself and hit himself in the face, as well as getting it into his mouth. That's the last time I've seen him pee with his diaper off, so I guess he learned his lesson.
Unluckily for my husband, he's also been pooped on, thanks to trying to change the baby on his lap. I haven't had that experience at least.

i have a boy and a girl, my son has never peed on me but he did pee and poo on my mum whilst she was changing. what can i say i told her to use the change table. lol he was still newborn at the time so very messy poo sprayed all over her. when i used to change my son i would put a wipe over his bits so if he weed it wouldnt get me but he never did i must be very lucky because from what i have heard boys always do this. my daughter has pee a couple of time whilst i have been changing her nappy but it doesnt get me just goes on the change table or on the nappy if i havent pulled it out from underneath her.

LOL I have a 1 month baby. He has done that to me twice and that was when he was first born. I have gotten pretty good about getting that diaper on him fast. I was a nanny to a baby girl years ago and girls do the same thing...it just don't spray like the boys do. :)
