In a world that's becoming more and more fast paced, is there any time for ple to relax.. Even if there is time, how do we relax?? What are the things we do that are considered as relaxation???

haha...for me, i just have three most relaxing time for me... being alone in the house, sleeping, and taking a bath! i feel so relaxed when i am alone coz i feel really free and i can do whatever i want without thinking about anything...its like the world is only mine! sleeping...well of course, its really relaxing & recharging...hehe specially when we have sound sleep... and the most relaxing for me...taking a bath! haha the feel of the water in my body is like washing all the worries in my life...taking away all the stress & tiredness...and while taking a bath, i feel like my mind is also flowing with water...

lol =D IT seems like u are relaxing everyday, every moment of your life huh?? hehe ^_^ U are alone most of the time, because i know u like to be smiling alone.. haha =D PLus, sleeping is your priviledge, as long as there's time, u will doze off.. hehe ^_^ NO forgetting about shower too, as the feel of water is already inside of u.. lol =D BUt i do really agree with u, shower time is really the best moment for relaxation as it's really our own private time, with no disturbance at all.. IT's peaceful, along with the sound of water, like a 'waterfall'.. lol =D It helps in 'releasing' all stress.. hehe

hehehe ^_^ NOthing beats a good sleep for sure.. Because if one gets disturbed while sleeping, we will only end up being more irritated, than feeling fresh.. lol =D U have lots of visitors to your house recently?? Or maybe disturbed by the one so full of questions?? hehe ^_^ BUt with your status, this cant be helped, unless it's night fall.. hehe YEah, i like long shower as well, for it's really relaxing.. I like the flow and gush of water on me, just like a waterfall.. lol =D As such, i'm treating them them like rain too.. hehe ^_^ I think splashes are equally good for u too.. lol =D Because it's water too.. hehe

haha...not really... coz sleeping can be not that relaxing if there's a lot of disturbance, and if we don't have a good sleep...and i don't always have a very good sleep specially when there's something bothering me... being alone in the house? huh! i'm missing that...as in alone. no other people, no visitors...all alone. haha that's not always happening coz even my chance was sometimes stolen by my friends...huh! taking a bath...well nothing beat it...haha specially when im having a long bath...no rushing, not thinking anything but just enjoy the water...hehe i guess water is something that can really give me relaxation...haha coz the sound of the waterfalls is something that i like most as well as the waves in the ocean...and i also like seeing those...

Well, I do make myself relax by going to the quiet parks getting attune to natures, wildlife sanctuary, such as going to the mountain doing the hiking, fishing on the lake, running on the hills cliff with my dogs, cycling, making whole body at rest by having a massage in the spas, aromatherapy and a lot more. Thus, if you do not like to spend a lots of money..you could do relaxation techniques at the comfort of your homes such as listening to music, exercises or at best if you like reading a good book like traveling then try to close your eyes then dream about the places, feel the warm shine, smell the fresh air, feel the wind being blown in your faces, then imagines hearing the seagulls, crickets or the natures sounds by doing this is like a meditation..making your mind calm this is I mean visualization and i do it many times it is effective to be anti stress relievers or else do yoga which boost joy and serene minds..

hehehe ^_^ spoken from a true nature lover huh?? hehe ^_^ Everything u are doing belongs to nature, and u are able to immerse yourself fully in it, and able to derive pleasure in doing so, it's good!! Many ple see it as a waste of time and effort when they can be somewhere else cooler, with entertainment.. haha =D I like your ways of relaxation.. hehe

YEah, if one's mindset is not towards nature, then it's pointless to be going that way, as it will only dampen their mood.. haha =D

For me i manage to create time to relax. Relaxation recharges the system and freshens you up. You can relax through your hobby, travelling etc. I read light hearted books as a means of relaxation. My activity on a site like mylot is considered as relaxation for me, 'cause i come here when am through with my online business for the day.

Hi kun2349, it's true that inour day everything is getting fast paced, and we have to do more and more each day to achieve what we want or have to, due to work loads getting higher on a daily bases. What I use in order to relax is meditation twice a day for 15 minutes. I start with a breathing excercise, and relaxing each and every part of my body, trying to think of nothing while doing it, and only feel the breath going in and out, leaving me relaxed and filled with peace. Try it out yourself, and you could try yoga too ;) TheFortunes

i've been looking forward to have some sort of relaxation one of these days or within this year. it's been a while and i'm so tired of working the whole time since January of this year. as for the moment, i take comfort out of drinking a couple of bolles during my off. sleep for as long as i want. drink coffee whenever i would love to 'cause i can't during working days.. i need to sleep. sometimes i go out and see places i haven't been to.

There are alot of good ideas here, I do enjoy a nice quiet park from time to time as well as a nice warm bath with some of wife's lavender/vanilla or chamomile bubblebath gels just before bed. I also have a number of tabletop water fountains and lights such as lava lamp, orb that has lightning effects. I am looking for a flat plasma disk that does almost the same thing. Fiber optics as well. Usually sleeping on a heated mattress pad under sheets helps too.

We listen to our preacher in the morning that starts the day off with a relaxation time. Then we play on our computers this is relaxation. We do all kinds of stuff around the house we consider this relaxation for us anyway. Getting on my lot for a bit relaxes me. I think relaxation is different for many. But this is what we consider relaxation.

YEah, u are right ^_^ Relaxation can have many forms of meanings to it.. And whatever is able to ease your mind, make one feel relaxed, that's a kind of relaxation too
