how can you say "I LOVE YOU" to your love one? what place Restaurant? Home? or Beach?

Dear Cute..
To say that special word..which is deep in meaning.. dont have to choose a special place.. it can happen anywhere and at any time. To say such word to your love one..you dont have to be at a special place.. just say it out..and feel the comfort where ever you are.
