I responded to an ad on Craigs List and it was for this Millionaire Virtual Staffing Company - they asked for resume, letter of interest, etc. I did that and they forwarded to me the second part which consists of 5 different tests to take at expertrating.com. Each test is @ 40 minutes so you are putting in at least 2-3 hours in testing and have no idea what the compensation will be or if you even are hired. Once you complete and I'm assuming past the tests then they will conduct an interview to see if you can be an independent contractor for their company. Does anyone affiliate with them? Does anyone else think 2-3 hour testing is a little insane? I understand the need to verify if you are qualified to be a virtual assistant to their clients but I think it's excessive - do you?
