Noisy neighbours?

My upstairs neighbour is very noise, always dragging something around, or stomping around or playing their tv loud enough for me to hear it.
Do you have noisy neighbours? How do you handle them?
Do you talk to them about it or just try to live with it?

We used to have noisy neighbors. Their tv was always loud and we could hear the bed springs squeaky. We solved it by moving out of apartments and into a house.

Ah, but I wish I could move into a house. I doubt I'll ever be able to afford a house, but I'm trying...

Yes my neighbor is very noisy but I realize we live in an apartment and they shouldnt have to watch everything they do just so they dont make too much noise. People should feel comfortable in their homes. If I dont like it I can move.Good luck with your neighbor.

I agree with what you say. However, where do you draw the line? Shouldn't people at least think that they might be disturbing people? I should mention that the worst of the noise is between 10:30pm and Midnight.
