I got the stars now!!!

My post number is just over 100, and I think it may take some time for the mylot to decide the number of stars for me. But just after I post the 100th comments, and go back to see what happended. I found I got 8 stars with a yellow color.
Although 8 stars is not good in your eyes but at least I got the stars and can use this 8 stars as a baseline to measure the progress I make here in the furture. My short term plan is to add another star, 9 stars, in the next month.

Way to go, staywithpin! Congratulations on that achievement. Just enjoy posting and taking it one star at a time. I'm sure you'll just be surprised one day to see you've got a 10! As for me, my next goal is the $3.00 mark or the 100 posts mark, whichever comes first because I've just been through the $2.00 mark. Happy posting! :)

Hi, dreamleaper17, nice to know that you already get $2 with less than 100 posts, althougth I got the star and post more than 100 comments, but I only got $1.26. You are a good mylotter, and I believe you will get more stars when you pass 100 posts.

Thank you, stvasile. To get 9 star I only need to get another star, but I know it's not easy to gain as I must post with better quality, and must get more plus rate from mylotters. Of course, your guy's plus rate to me will help me a lot.:)

Welcome to here, secretbear. Yeah, I will continue to post to get the same stars as you. Being able to stay in the same class as the top mylotter is the new challenge I will face. Never give up!

Hi, thanks williamjisir. It's nice to begin as 8 stars although color is not good and number is high in comparison with your guy, I am excited to finally see the stars, you know what the stars

Just keep on posting and when you reach 100 posts, mylob will assign the stars to you according to the quality of your post and the rate you got from other mylotter. So to get more stars, just post high quality posts and make a lots of friends here to get better rate. If you rate your friends with +, normally your freinds will also rate you with +, and the number of stars is partially bases the on rate.

Well done on your hundredth post. A yellow star is good - many people start off with much lower than a yellow. You should be pleased. Just keep doing what you're doing and don't worry too much about your star. I don't think they're really that important anyway.

Yeah, a yellow star is a not too bad beginning, but I really don't like yellow as yellow is not my favorite color. I must get another color as soon as possible. :).

Our fellow users decide the star number. How we are rated depends upon every mylotter here. They are the ones who gave you that particular number of star. But there is nothing wrong with an '8.' MY first star was an '8', and I was happy! I was afraid I'd get a '5', because I've seen some good posters with a '5'.
This is a little tip, and I'm not going to report this because you are doing no harm. But the mylot guidelines ask us not to post discussions about our star ratings. If someone reports it or mylot sees it, they will delete the discussion. But it doesn't mean the discussion will be deleted. I certainly am not going to report it.
You keep doing everything right and you'll be a ten in no time. But don't let the number define you, you're quality through and through, no matter what your star says. : )

Hi and congratulations on getting your star. The next big one for me was reaching the 500 club and being able to add images and cut and paste. After than it was on to the goal of reaching 1000. Now I am there it will be what it will be.
Anyway keep thinking up good discussions and keeping that and your responses to the required 400 words and at least two paragraphs per post and I am sure you will have your blue star before you know it.

Thanks for your advice. I know that it's better to post a long discuss or comment, the more the better. But sometime I don't have enough idea about the topic, firstly I may be not familiar with the topic, and secondly I am not a thinker as you(I believe you are a thinker).
For the second point, it's difficult to change as to be a thinker, lots of book should be read and lot of time should be go to think. And at least currently I only read a few book and have few free time to think over the life, the work and the dream.
For a first point, I have to find the topics that I am not only interested in but also familar with so that I can put something there.
You remind me that 500 posts is the next milestone as if pass 500, copy and paste can be done without any restriction. Thanks

You have a good rating for a beginner and it's good to know that you've got that enthusiasm. It's up to what kind of participation we give here in Mylot that will decide on the color of our stars.

Thanks for your encourage.After I walked around here for a short time, I found most of my friends here have a blue color with 10 stars. That means my friends here are the top class in mylot, and I must catch up to match the friends here. 9 stars, 9 stars, 9 stars, I am repeating it times and times. Hope it comes soon
