Do you google yourself?

Well, it's something I do occasionally. Though |I have no site, only a blog, I do it to check the status of the many pages I am listed on. And if in a cafe, leave my name under the bar so that by chance, someone may search about me.
Vain, and a desperate way of seeking attention. Who out there googles themselves and why?

I do :) I do some online writing so I occasionally check to see if my stuff is where I least expect it :)
