What noises keep you from sleeping?Drip,drip,scratch,peep,ribbit,vroommmmm,etc.

noise!!! disturbing my sleep? never!!! i am a very sound sleeper and if i want to sleep then no amount of noise can disturb me. the only thing that disturbs my sleep is light.

The only Noise that keeps me from sleeping is banging TV or Music I just need it quiet lol little Noises do not bother me at all

I don't sleep that deep, because I get alighted by simple noise. It really annoys me when I am awaken by such noises, like a simple bark from a dog. But after slowly awaken by noises, I do my best to close my eyes and get back to sleep (and hope that I won't drool!LoL). Hehehe! Luckily, I have covers on my window so that lights coming from the outside won't disturb me!;)

My neighbors above me can be heard very well into the wee hours of the morning walking or sometimes running in their apartment. When this happens, it keeps me from sleeping. Even with ear plugs I hear them when they run. I can't understand why they are running around in their apartment that late.

Hi peanutjar! My mother warned me after having my daughter that mom's have "super hearing" and you sleep a lot lighter as every little noise awakes you and man was she right! Now even little things like a clock ticking, my daughter snoring (and she's accross the hall), my dog Katie (moving around, snoring, etc) can wake me up! It is really annoying, but I was warned LoL. I used to have a lot of problems sleeping, not so much because noise or lights would bother me,but I guess it was because I had a lot more anxiety before, so then yes, sounds would bother me..any kind...Now I sleep very well...one of those people that tend to nod off the moment I hit my head on the pillow..thank goodness!! :)
