Practice speaking English with a friend :) Be sure that you are comfortable with this person so that you wouldn't feel ashamed when you've made a mistake. It really helps when you use the language often. I'm Asian, but I am frequently complimented for speaking good English. I read a lot of books, too. It helps with writing, spelling, and even punctuation. Always have a dictionary handy. Expand your vocabulary by using a new word everyday. Use idiomatic expressions. Hope I have helped :)
