msword and excell when not saving

if u r using office 2003 or 2007 thn evn if ur docs arent saved bt the next time u open a word or excel file will display a msg asking for the last unsaved file to be restored n thy are almost to the file lost as due to the auto save options it wud be saved in the memory n u can use tht file...rather thn redoing the entire thing..
