I posted last month about how I stopped my migraines in their tracks... I would like to clarify that the Vitamin B-2 is known as Riboflavin! You can order year's supply online for about $10... take it with magnesium and a stress-formula B-complex. I used to have 3-4 migraines a month... I have not had a headache now in nearly 5 months! I have my life back, and I'm feeling good!!

If you are pregnant or planning on getting pregnant, talk about this with your doctor, first! Some of the B-vitamins, if you take too much, can actually cause the fetus to NOT implant in your uterus. So you need to talk to a doc if you are considering getting pregnant. (and that goes for any vitamin or supplement or medication!)
I take feverfew for my migraines, but i can NOT use that when pregnant. it's just an herbal supplement, but it does have a warning on the label.

B vitamins are water soluble and don't 'build up' in your system... they wash away daily, and need to be replenished for good health. The amount I take is no more than MDRA... its the combination that works for the headaches.
Feverfew has a blood thinning agent that can cause problems for people on anticoagulants, and personally gives me diarrhea and cramps.
