We like to make Big Breakfasts on the weekend and usually have Bacon ,eggs, hashbrowns, toast friut, etc. But I've been wanting to try some different ideas with meat. My family is fussy about sausage(it has to be just right) any suggestions on a nice sauage or any other kind of meat besides bacon for Breakfast?

I love big weekend breakfasts. We sometimes have ham, steak or pork chops for our breakfasts. Or if we have leftover meat from the night before I will slice it up and use in an omelet. We love sausage too. Patties and links. I just dont like the maple flavored ones.

I use turkey sausage. My son loves it. Sometimes I cook up some ham as well. I have only eaten bacon, sausage, and ham for breakfast. Oh, wait once I had a pork chop biscuit from Hardee's.

My favorite is turkey bacon. I don't eat pork so turkey bacon is one of my alternatives. Its healthier than pork and not as greasy. Its also easily cooked in the microwave.

A nice maple sausage might be good. It's got a little added sweetness and it's so nice. Especially if anyone in your family puts syrup on their sausage.
