I really love cheese. My favorites are colby/jack combination, sharp cheddar and swiss cheese.

Colby Jack is great for just munching on. I've never liked it as part of a sandwich though.

Swiss cheese is good melted over mushrooms on a burger. I'm not a huge fan of it on a sandwich though.

provolone is usually my first choice too. The mild cheddar is just for days I feel like having something different.

I'd have a few different cheese preferences depending on the type of sandwich it was going onto! Not excluding cheeses I have yet to try,but I like Cheddar,Emmental (Swiss?!) and Edam,among others.. Gotta love cheese on a Sammich!

Colby/jack, baby Swiss, sharp cheddar, provolone & sometimes American. I love cheese on my sandwiches & have no problem picking one, it's the meat that I usually have trouble deciding what to have.
