"TOKWA" is a Filipino term for "tofu" is a food of Chinese origin-a bean curd(literal translation), made by coagulating soy milk, and then pressing the resulting curds into blocks. The making of tofu from soy milk is similar to the technique of making cheese from milk accdg. to what I had red, it's called Fermentation. One of my favorite recipe in cooking tofu is sauteed in a oyster sauce with chinese celery for adorable flavor and taste, how simple isn't? Try it, I know you'll enjoy eat. So, can you share with me your favorite food with new amazing recipe also?
