Ladies and Gentlemen!!!

I work better with male bosses. The few female bosses I have had were really hard to deal with. All the male bosses I have had, even the jerks, were easier to deal with for me and it has nothing to do with sexuality per se. It just seems that, although I really wish it weren't true, women are STILL competing and working with a woman boss often feels like a competition even though she is my superior. Male bosses can be a pain too but I deal better with them I also have more male friends than female so that could be why I am more comfortable with makes than females.

Hi and god evening, I have a female as a boss,She is really god however some female bosses are really bad. The communication between females can sometimes be really bad. I like a male boss because as female we tend to talk to much, while a male are more straight in their communication. On the other hand, females are more organized than male so.......I like thing organized but also straight.

I prefer female bosses.The opposite sexes tend to have less ego problems.

I would choose a male boss.I think it is easier to handle since woman are jealosu on each other.I had a woman boss and wasn't really satisfy.

You always have very good topics! I prefer to work for a beautiful woman.Because as a boss,she has to be more rational and reasonable.So it's more easy for me to enjoy a woman not only her appearance but also her thoughts.I do find women more beautiful when they are bosses.
