EXERCISING

Just wanted to know which time of day would you consider best for working out morning or evening? I was once in the military and had grow accustomed to the morning and now that my job is no longer on the second shift, by the time I get home and help my son with homework and cook etc, I'm too tired. I know I need to start exercising again but working days I can't find the time. What are your opinions?
