Tuna Steak Recipes

Does anyone have a good recipe for cooking tuna steak, other than just marinating it and grilling it? That's the only way I've ever cooked it, but I would love to hear of other ways.

You can also marinate it with salt,pepper,limejuice and ginger garlic paste,keep it aside for an hour or so and then fry it

I love it pan fried, Season it with Salt/Pepper then put it in a hot pan (with olive oil in) and cook for a couple of minutes each side. Yummy!
