I need HELP with my Yahoo! account!!

My Yahoo! mail account always block me from sending emails or receiving emails for 48 hours. why this thing happened? usually i only can send emails after 48 hours. but i cannot wait for that long. and can anybody tell me how to activate my account as soon as posibble?

Get a GMAIL account then you won't ever have that problem again.

Thank you for your response. I have already have few of gmail account. i use the yahoo account for my yahoogroups... so, if you have any answer please let me know.
