I slept about six or seven hours a day and it seems to be enough for me provided im not doing any strenuous activity on the day. If i did any strenuous activity then i could sleep for 8 or 9 hours. However, there wasa a research done on the amount of hours a person sleep and it was said that the best amount a person should sleep is less than eight hours a day, and it was proven that those whos sleeps less than eight hours do not shows any signs of restlessness or having any problems at work. Their efficieny is the same as those who sleeps eight hours a day, but the main difference is that those who sleeps less than eight hours a day could live a longer life than those who sleeps eight hours a day.

You do spend your 24 hrs in many regular activities and if you were to count all of them, you would realise what you lost So its better to live with things you won rather than lost And yes sleep time isnt something you lost, that is for your own good

I sleep 8-10 hurs a day. I feel like getting plenty of sleep helps me get more out of my awaketime. Going through life like a zombie because you are so tired is no good at all!
